The New Simba, the Singham who was just introduced to all of us from the recent movie ‘12th Fail’. He is IPS Manoj Kumar Sharma, an exemplary officer of the Indian Police Service (IPS), stands as a testament to the power of unwavering determination and resilience. He was born in Morena district of Madhya Pradesh.

Journey:
From a Chambal ka localite to an IPS officer with lots of struggles in place like Delhi between lakhs of students preparing for the UPSC examination which is considered as one of the most difficult examinations with very less success rate. His optimistic belief made him successful. He never complained about his problem instead took them as challenges. He said “Abdul Kalam sir studied under streetlight, but he got his own bulb” accepting all the circumstances and make the best out of it.
Inspiration:
He was passed by his school till 12th as the schools were performing cheating and making the students score well with first class. But in 12th grade an honest DSP officer stopped their cheating and all the students got failed that day. By looking at the honesty and dreaming to become like him he cleared his exams and completed his graduation and went to Delhi for preparation of his exams. He wanted to uproot the corruption form his village and from police system.
Struggles and Dark night’s:
Being from a poor background he didn’t have money to pay for his classes. So, he works for 14hours in library and also studied and cleared his mains sleeping and studying in library itself. Not only that but he worked in floor mill hours and hours and studied rest all day. It’s not that he didn’t not fail, he cleared his interview at the last attempt of his UPSC. Sometimes he used to just clear preliminary and used to fail in mains. Remembering just the things and practicing on #RE-START principle.
Support and Mentor’s touch:
His friends supported him guided him the way he should follow. They provided him a roadmap for his journey also appreciated him for his achievements and sometimes corrected him where he made some mistake. Some thought he could not do but few believed him and stayed with him boosting him up. So, find friends which do not leave you in your downs but will stay with you and will support you and take you to the same height that they are.

Message:
“It’s not about failing it’s all about how you overcome it with a commitment and what inspiration you have to achieve your goal without considering the difficulties our problems.”
As we reflect on this inspirational movie, I wish you should once watch this movie, let us draw strength from it, knowing that within each of us lies the power to rise from the ashes, to rewrite our stories, and to create a future filled with victories.
